    You can currently order for shipments in the US via our website either as a logged in customer or as "guest".
    For international Orders you can also use our Website.    
    Our entire payment process is fully secured and encrypted via SSL. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. You can pay with your Credit card or Paypal account.Currently we accept:

    1. Credit card Payment via Paypal - you can use your own credit card while being directed to Paypal website for payment processing.

    2. Payment via your paypal account if you have one.

    3. Coming soon: Credit card payment via Amazon and Google checkout.. 

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

    Domestic (US) Shipping & Handling:We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states. Your shipping address and credit card billing address must be within the United States.We are currently not offering partial shipments or back-orders.   We also currently do not ship to PO addresses. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next Monday.We currently ship only via USPS Priority Mail – other shipping options will be added soon. Shipping time is typically around 3 –5 business days in the US. Total delivery time is typically ~ 3 - 5 business days from the time your order has been placed and confirmed.Shipment confirmation with tracking number will be provided via email to the email address you provide and online via your account. You can check your ORDERSTATUS via the tracking number or by logging on to your account.Maximum Order volume at this time is 250 USD; we require Signature confirmation for orders over 150 USD.Our current Standard  Shipping Rates include  Postage, Shipping Materials and Handling cost.

    Shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $10.00 charge for Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

    International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada and select Western Europe destinations. We will continuously expand our scope of international shipping. Orders to international destinations currently ship from the US.  We ship via US Mail Priority Shipment (incl. Tracking number).   Shipping Charges are based on Order amount  before discounts and are calculated during checkout.   They can be previewed on the Shopping bag page under "Calculate Shipping" when you enter your destination country.We do not charge any taxes or duties to the order. Please make sure to check with your customs office or post office regarding applicable taxes and import duties for your country. Many countries have certain tax and duty exemptions for small orders.All taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

    Free Shipping: We may offer free Shipping via Ground Shipping for certain order totals in addiiton to our Standard rates for USPS Priority mail shipments. Domestic Gound shipping in the US can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.

      Package arrives 5 to 7 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Package arrives 2 to 3 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Order should arrive 3-9 business days after processing. Flat rate does not include duties and taxes.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

    You can return our garments up to 21 days after you receive your shipment. For hygiene reasons and for health and safety code regulations we can only accept underwear and swimwear items in original, unworn condition in original, undamaged packaging.

    Wrong, defective, damaged Products:

    In the unlikely event that you received a wrong, defective or damaged product you can return the unopened, unworn product for exchange. We will exchange at no cost for you including return shipping. Please send an email to: customersupport@jolionuderfashion.com or call to receive an exchange authorization number.

    Other Returns/ Exchanges:

     If you have an exchange or return for other reasons, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price, minus applicable shipping and restocking charges. Before you return please send an email to: customersupport@jolionunderfashion.com or call to receive a return authorization number. - we will only accept returns that have a return authorization number.

    We advise you to ship returned items back to us through pre-paid, traceable method (such as certified mail) as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. We will not accept C.O.D returns. Please note that Clearance items are not eligible for returns. We will not accept returns that do not meet our guidelines including returns after 21 days of your order receipt Date.

    You are responsible for the cost of return/ exchange shipping expenses. A $ 5 US re-stocking fee applies to all returns/ exchanges. A shipping reimbursement fee will apply if your original order had free shipping. No original shipping charges will be refunded. We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days of receipt of the product and notify you once we have done so by e-mail. If you requested an exchange, standard shipping rates for the exchange shipment will apply. We will ship the exchange once you have paid for applicable fees and exchange shipping. If you requested a refund, we will process it only on the original credit/debit card used for the purchase charges.
    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.

  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    For canceling or modifying pending orders, that have not shipped yet, please contact customersupport@jolionunderfashion.com via e-mail before 5pm EST the day of your order for modification and cancellation confirmation. If your order was placed after 5pm EST  please contact us before 9 am EST of the next Business day. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected

    You will receive an email acknowledging confirming the cancellation or stating that we were unable to cancel. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Returns and Exchanges" Policy. Please do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this may result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs.
